Several day or overnight trips per year are open to the public (see News & Events to the left), or your group or club can arrange with TOIF for a private trip see form button above. Minimum 6 and Maximum 30 guests.
Independently directed programs in “natural, scientific and cultural study, research and education” can be held on Ossabaw Island in compliance with the island’s designation as a state Heritage Preserve.
To bring your group to Ossabaw for a day trip or an educational, cultural, or scientific project, project organizers must submit a proposal form outlining the program’s intended use and activities while on the island. (see form button above). The Ossabaw Island Foundation and/or The Department of Natural Resources review all applications to assure compliance with the Heritage Preserve designation.

DAY TRIPS should be submitted by those interested in bringing a group to Ossabaw for a TOIF-conducted overview of Osasabaw's natural, cultural history.
EDUCATION PROPOSAL FORM
should be submitted by those interested in conducting a structured program on Ossabaw Island with specific goals and objectives led by a qualified instructor.
STUDY PROPOSAL FORM
should be submitted by those interested in conducting a general exploration on Ossabaw Island focusing on natural history, cultural history or the arts.
SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PROPOSAL FORM
should be submitted by those interested in conducting professional research on Ossabaw Island in an environmentally safe and sound manner using acceptable scientific procedures that meet the highest level of protocol.
