Funds raised at our annual Ossabaw Island Pig Roast & Art Auction, our only fundraiser, are used to coordinate, promote and manage exceptional educational, cultural and scientific programs on Ossabaw Island. General public tickets go on sale September 1.

  • Complimentary tickets to the Pig Roast.

 

  • Transportation to Ossabaw Island is by boat. Pig Roast tickets are sold/assigned for specific boat departure times.  Pig Roast sponsorship offers the following transportation perks:
    • Early bird option to select boat departure times traveling to the Pig Roast. (Prior to September 1 launch of general admission tickets).
    • One mid-morning boat departure time designated only for sponsors and their guests. (Time TBA based on tides)
    • Ability to pre-select return boat times when selecting “To Ossabaw” departure times. (General public ticket holders select their return ticket times when they check in the morning of the pig roast.)
  • Listing on the event program and all event publicity (print mailing/email/social media), which includes:
    • Recognition in the January 2020 Ossabaw Oracle Newsletter, mailed to 3,000 friends of Ossabaw
    • All email correspondence to 5,000 email addresses and TOIF website until September 2020

 

Publicity Restrictions are as follows:

  • Invitation postcard, for sponsorships $2,500 giving level and higher, donation must be received by August 1
  • Event program, for all sponsorship levels, donation must be received by September 1
  • Event welcome banner, for all sponsorship levels, donation must be received by October 1.
