The Boarding House is located on Ossabaw Island’s north end and is a restored 1918 Craftsman bungalow. The Boarding House offers comfortable semi-private accommodations.

- Sleeps 6 people in 6 twin beds, in 3 bedrooms.

Boarding House Fee
Does not include boat transportation, food or beverages
- 2-night minimum.
- Group Size:
- Minimum 6 people.
- Maximum 10 people.
- $195 per person per night. Or $2,340 for up to six people for two nights.
- A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due within 30 days from the date the visit is approved to guarantee the reservation. The balance is due upon arrival If the visit is approved less than three months in advance, the deposit must be paid within 48 hours of visit approved.

Ossabaw Island is an undeveloped barrier island
There are no stores on Ossabaw. Groups bring all of their food and prepare their own meals.
The water on Ossabaw Island is well water and ready to drink.
All groups are required to provide the following for group use:
- Toilet paper
- Paper towels
- Dish soap (biodegradable)
- Trash bags.
- Hand or body soap (biodegradable)
- Shampoo (biodegradable)
All groups are required to take their trash or recycling off the island when they depart.
No shoes policy in the Boarding House.
There is NO wifi on Ossabaw Island. If you need wifi, please bring a hotspot. Depending on your mobile phone carrier, there is limited mobile phone access on Ossabaw’s North End. There is very little mobile phone access south of the North End.
